I had a wonderful time in this hotel, as every major landmark was within a short walking distance, like the stunning Clock Tower just 500 meters away and great cafes like Entrecote Cafe Federal just a few steps away from the front door. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making my experience even better.

The location was outstanding, ideally situated for access to the main train station and the historic center of Bern. The breakfast provided a delightful variety of fresh breads, meats, cheeses, and hot beverages, all served in a well-maintained area. The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience while managing the flow during busy times with ease.

The room was on the smaller side with less natural light.

The stay was refreshing and enjoyable, especially with the fantastic location right near a lively market. Exploring the nearby attractions made our trip memorable, and the cozy atmosphere of the surrounding area added to the experience. The family room was unexpectedly cramped. We could hear loud conversations from the neighboring rooms, making it hard to relax. The view from the window was less than ideal, overlooking a wall instead of the street. Overall, it felt like a disappointing choice for the price we paid.

Our experience was amazing from start to finish, with the location being perfect for sightseeing and the staff incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, featuring a fridge and a microwave which was very handy. We appreciated the complimentary welcome drink upon arrival and the excellent breakfast options. One minor downside was the limited space in the dining area during busy hours.

I really enjoyed the generous breakfast selection and the complimentary tea and coffee at reception. However, the air conditioning in my room didn’t work. I'd happily return!

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored the lively market right outside and checked out the Bear Park. The location is perfect, with attractions just a short walk away. Note that parking is a bit of a trek at around 5-10 minutes, but it’s manageable.
